Yeah .. Almost looks like a bubble under skin to. And he stumbles a lot when he walks. Seeing that spot makes u think that no way he coulda lived being hit there

If you were in a treestand and that was the entrance side, I can see him living(maybe).  If it was the exit side...not so much.

Also looks like his body is swollen, compared to the other deer.  maybe he's got an infection or inflammation from the wound.
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"

That's a nice buck. I would have to put him on the hit list just because of the prior years history with him. Also to see what that wound looks like up close and maybe recover the broadhead if it is still in him.

Sweet!  Shane, have you been in the Republic area since the wind storm last week?  I heard that it tore the crap out of the area from Keller to the Canadian border.  Trees down everywhere.  I would hate to have a cam burried underneath a fallen tree.

My buddy has gotten 8 log trucks worth off of his, mine and his girlfriends place this week.  I gues Keller got hit really hard.  Maybe it cleaned up all those ghetto places on the Rez?  :chuckle:
