master hunter "coordinated hunt"

I expect that I will get about two pages of bs responses about how master hunters are a joke but hopefully I will get a couple of helpful responses...

I was drawn for the Fairview master hunter second elk tag and I was just curious if anyone knew how to find out where you are at on the list?  How do I get ahold of this "hunt coordinator"?
