That area since its true spike is almost dead. Maybe opening weekend you'll see some pressure but after that it drops to almost Nada. I never saw someone actually get off their quad or out of their jeep. The only people I saw was when I was grabbing a bite in camp. While hunting I could hear hunters on ATVs. But as far as people out in the woods I saw 1 person and that person was too lazy to even go in after elk he could see. So you should be fine. Shouldn't be much if any pressure.
there's other places that are much more crowded , you should be able to get into elf if you get off the roads.

I'll be there. I have an early archery cow tag for up there. I went up on Sunday to hang a couple of cameras. Lots of elk everywhere. This will be my first archery elk season in the Colockum. I get more and more excited everyday!
