HUnter, where can I find this information? Everything I find says that everything on USFS and DNR is closed to access trom highway 97 to Colman road in the Nanuem state forest. The only thing that says that it was lifted was the statewide burn ban.

I would call the forest service office first...the Bassalt fire in the chiwawa drainage was still closed tuesday when I went up there.

Good Luck

Call the Eburg DNR office.  Naneum state forest did reopen
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

FYI.  I just came over Blewett yesterday afternoon and all the roads that I noticed to the east on the Kittitas side were barricaded and posted.

Just got off the phone, The Naneum Ridge State Forest has all reopened as of last Monday. The USFS lands East of highway 97 to the Nanuem Ridge state forest is still closed except for the Ruby Creek loop.
