Well that does it....I think I'm going on a brewery tour tomorrow evening instead of fishing and going to suggest the bro in law and I hunt bear in the morning...
Get after em tiger! Me and the lady are almost 95% sure gonna go take a trip out to our spot on the weekend of the 9th and 10th. Were gonna fill some bear tags also

I don't know, man - you might have better luck?  Maybe use a different technique?  I will tell you that bouncing 12" pipe jigs off the bottom on 500 feet of water didn't get 'er done last night, tho  :chuckle:

Why target pinks that aren't there when the kings are still in and eating? :dunno:

Time limited test fishery last night.  Probably going to hit the west side of Possession or PNP for kings on Sat if the weather is halfway decent.

Still about a week early before the pinks come in thick.

I got into some pinks today between the oil docks and shilshole (to go along with a pair of kings  :hello:).  Had the wife and kids come down after I was done and they got a few more. Not thick yet, but they're here.  I'm sure shipwreck would have been similar.  If you want to fill the boat, I'm guessing next weekend will be prime time.

I can't believe they closed Chinook retention in area 9.  :bash:

Yeah... I was a little bummed about this myself.  Couldn't get out this weekend, either, so I went "0-fer" on PS kings this year.
