1, two, 3... Happy Hunters.
« on: November 22, 2013, 09:41:14 PM »
We set out for Montana not really knowing (because of his accident) if Adam was going to be able to do much, (if any) hiking at all. not only did he hike but he did more than any of us thought possible and on the first day he took down a nice mule deer. the next few days went by with several opportunities for me to take a buck down but non worked out, either not the best shot opportunity or didn't work out well for the camera. On the last day I ended up with a buck that worked out for both camera and shot opportunity so I tool him. Not the biggest we saw but I was more than happy to end my dry spell and go home with meat to put in the freezer... After that we were off to Eastern WA where Valerie took down her fist buck and we were able to catch that on film as well so all in all it was a great trip and I couldn't be happier.

Congrats to some nice deer. And hope Adams recovery is going well. Glad to see him out there giving it his all and doing what he loves.

Thanks to everyone !!! And yes Adam recovery is going well, not looking like he will ever be the same but he is determined to not let this accident stop him from doing what he loves and living life... I know a few other guys that are they same way
