  am looking for a light 9 mm for conceiled carry.  how about around a pound or less.   have an xd compact but it is a beast to pack all day.  sorry but I don't like glock.  thanks,  mike w

If you like your xd then the xds may be a good fit.  Not sure on the weight but I like mine for concealment.

Just got into the nine world. For the same reason colt commander just to damn heavy. Went with Ruger SR 9c. There's nothing I don't like about it. Except it's to damn much fun to shoot. Which gets expensive  :yike:  ;)

That seemed a bit heavier than I thought my PPS was so I weighed my PPS on my little digital scale and the gun w/empty 7rnd mag weighed 21oz.  My PPS w/7rnd mag and 8rnds of Win. crital defense 124gr +P, weighed 25oz.  I only have a 7 & 8 rnd mag. for mine.
