Regular raffle
"Gov" tag
incentive tag (is there more than one)
300 region raffle (Coaches tag)
200 region raffle.....?

There's also a southeast combo and a northeast combo. I assume that the NE combo would include a mule deer but I'm not positive.
I know one of the choices for the SE could be a mule deer.
Then there's the 3 deer.

I think that would cover all of them.

There are seven incentive tags for deer and two for elk (for reporting by January 10).

But some of them are whitetail and some are blacktail. They have to be chosen ahead of time.

It looks like with a quick search, 5 statewide incentive tags for deer.  any species. plus two tags or random choice for incentive for hunters ed instructors.

So to me it sounds like too many?  Money is really what the state cares more about, just what I'm getting.  But I could be very wrong , I'm no biologist and if the herd can support it then I guess it's ok?
