Portable target stands

Does anyone have recommendations for decent, lightweight, and compact portable target stand? I like to hike up 2-3 miles on a gated road by my place to shoot and am looking at getting a stand for setting up.

I made a collapsible stand with rebar pieces and pipes welded up that I hang a steel plate on. Total weight around 15 lb.

I use  pvc stands like this one, cut all the pipe  the same length just in case you shoot a piece you just take one of the pieces that rest on the dirt and swap it with the shot one.  Just get 6 pvc 90's and 4 tees i use 1" pvc. Cheap and light i use a piece of cardboard in the center and just tape it on. Dont glue it together that way it stows pretty small when not in use

I built the same type thing, except I have 2x2's that fit down inside the pipe. I have a piece of plywood screwed to the 2x2's that I can staple targets onto. The wood isn't damaged near as much if you accidentally shoot it. Worst case, another length of 2x2 is dirt cheap. I don't have any pictures of it but I can get some if needed. Not sure I'd want to hike 2-3 miles with it, but it works great at the range I belong to where they don't supply target stands.

This is what I usually use, and you could easily carry it a couple miles.

Those are pretty sweet. I don't think they'd be tall enough to get over the berms where I shoot but it might be great for the OP's needs.

Some good ideas so far  Thanks. The challenge I think is with the hiking part of this. It seems that either weight will be an issue or too bulky. With the addition of a pack with ammo, chrono, spotter, rifle(s) and everything else being brought it will be challenging. If that sign holder that Bobcat linked could either come apart or fold up like tent poles  it would work great. Just use some binder clips to hold the target and you'd be good to go.
