Lake Pend Oreille fishing
« on: February 22, 2009, 08:52:31 PM »
Has anyone been out fishing Lake Pend Oreille this winter, or in past winters? I was wondering what depth the lakers would be at or have been at, what launch is open and or anything else you want to help me with including what to catch them with  :chuckle:. Thanks for any info. I just want to take the boat out and try some trolling and maybe get lucky on some nice trout.

Side note: there is no limit on macks or rainbows in the lake. They are trying to thin them down for the silvers. Until the end of March there is a $15 per fish reward. All you have to turn in is the head.

thanks again

Chris
If you shoot the first one you will never get that true trophy.
