"When the witness goes in the draw has happened already."

If the draw has already happened what is the witness?
Can't witness what as already happened.
Doesn't make sense to me.

Am I missing something?

Yeah, it's good to have but certainly difficult to audit for a lay person in a system that is done on a computer by a contractor.

At least they didn't run it in California like they did on the fishing side of the house.

The draw process should be transparent.

It will definitely be posted this week.  I have a good source.  Maybe by Wednesday.  For sure by Friday.

Do you know one of the observers?

No.  I know someone who works for WDFW.

I can't see my point total -- the sys alert said this would happen soon -- so I imagine the results will be out any day now.

She doesn't even make as much as her female counterparts. She is a contract employee at their call center.  It's kind of ironic that the people at their call center shine in comparison to the state workers.  They know the wild system better and their service is way better!  @NOT SELECTED
