If I'm reading it correctly this is an "im addition to" tag correct?

Yes.
All of the incentive, raffle and auction tags are an "in addition to" tag.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

:yeah: additional deer tag.  I do have to buy the tag for $45 or something like that I believe.

Look at the book to see where some of the big WT's come from.  You're on the right track.  Good luck.

With all of the blue tongue die off from last year coupled with my busy schedule I ended up taking a pass on this tag. I know numbers weren’t affected as much in the far northeast and probably could have connected but decided to pass there as well. I hope to draw again in the future as I would like to harvest a nice whitetail. It just didn’t make sense this year. Hopefully the deer bounce back again by the time I draw again.
