Doesn't look reassuring. :dunno:  America, sold to the highest bidders in Europe!  :bdid:

I suppose the silver lining is that the purchasing syndicate isn't from China...

 :yeah:

Not sure what will happen to the ammo quality now though. Sounds like it's firearms and ammunition both.

They also bought majority interest in Fiocchi and very possibly Perazzi.

Interesting... Do those companies have any affiliation to Vista Outdoors? I guess I better read up on them some more. I'm curious how long they have been involved in guns and ammo manufacturing companies. Just a crazy thought here. What if you had enough money to buy gun and ammo manufacturing companies for the purpose of shutting them down...

Fiocchi s already owned by the chekoslovak group. I’m pretty sure that Perazzi is privately owned by the Perazzi family

It’s because it’s a good time to be in ammo. Prices have doubled in the past weeks. Rumors are that  Lake City has shut down civilian production.

 Past weeks?

I’ve had vista at $6.50, Olin as well. vista got dumped 6 months ago. YMMV
The things that come to those who wait, may be the things left by those who got there first!
