About the Seminar and Instructor
While some depend on chance and luck for that once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to shoot a trophy blacktail, Dave Riley harvests them year after year. His success is no accident, and he wants to share that success with you. In his class, he shares his knowledge of blacktail behavior and strategies that work.

Dave was born and raised in Southwest Washington and has over 30 years of experience in archery blacktail hunting, which includes harvesting several Pope and Young bucks. He is a pro-staffer for the shows The Woodsmen and Buckventures and a member of the Lewis River Archery Club. His love for archery includes hunting deer, elk, bear, cougar, and foam targets in the off-season. His passion is hunting late-season blacktail trophy bucks and sharing his methods with others. His goal is to teach others how to successfully harvest trophy bucks year after year.

This limited-seating, free seminar has a value of $500/attendee.  Donations or in-kind gifts to Cross The Divide are welcome to help us continue providing veteran support through outdoor programs: https://www.crossthedivide.us/donate

"Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people whom He has chosen as His heritage! ... The king is not saved by his great army; a warrior is not delivered by his great strength. The war horse is a false hope for salvation, and by its great might it cannot rescue.  Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him."  -Psalm 33:12-22

Wow, great opportunity. Do you think something similar will be offered again this spring or summer? I'm booked on April 5th but would love to attend if I could. Thanks for publicizing this.

Thanks, MadMax!

Hunterednate -- your welcome to reach out to Dave Riley and see what other upcoming seminars he has, or if he has space for 1:1 coaching.  As Madmax mentioned, Cross The Divide pays the cost for this one particular seminar as we're a veteran outreach organization; but we can typically only cover 1/year.

I guess he can skip the baiting portion now, for the Washington crowd anyway.

Does that mean you can't shoot one when it comes into your bear bait :dunno:
