I had a ECG this morning which came back as abnormal, Sinus bradycardia and possible Inferior infarct. I looked them up, alittle scary. I have a follow up with a cardiologist. At least they didn't life flight me out of there.
I have been biking and started having some minor chest and arm pain.

Round is a shape lol.
I've been trying to get more exercise and have been cutting calories. Have lost a couple pounds. Am going to get more cardio in soon, need to.

I joined a gym and work out 6-7 days a week, also walk in the woods as often as I can.....I don't do real well out in the heat so the gym has come in handy..... still not even close to ready to pack an elk alone.....gonna need a strong helper I think

i have dropped approx 35 lbs, i run 3 days a week ,mon, wed, fri (4.2 miles this morning) and walk with a pack or mountain bike( tues ,thurs).i hate running.absolutely hate it.but i hate being fat and out of shape even worse.i have been at it for a few months and really stepped it up once we drew new mexico elk. i remember in bootcamp the DI would say when we doing some sort of painfull exercise"the pain you feel know is undiscipline leaving your body" i still think thats funny

I lost the ten pounds that I had gained over the winter. I also started biking to work about a month ago. I need to get to the range and get my muzzleloader skills dialed in. Really hoping for my first elk this year.
