Possible new state record arrowed
« on: September 09, 2009, 09:23:11 AM »
Does anyone know the current archery typical Mulie record for WA? A buddy of a coworker arrowed what they believe to be a contender for the new state record on Monday. It's a 6X6 and grossed green @ 203 1/4.

We have been trying to find out but F&G said they don't keep a record, B&C and P&Y want you to buy the record book.

Sorry, I do not have pics and I'm not going to say where it was arrowed but my co worker has lots of pics and it is a toad!!! 33" wide.
God Bless,
Scott

That would make better sense.  I heard of a 230 33inch wide one that just got dumped out on the firing center.  (I wonder if it was the same deer).

I figured it was stretching a bit with a 230 typical score.   Course I guess some folks measure in gross and not net, but in reference to the state record, again Net should be used I suppose.  I heard it was a dandy and I am upset because thats one I won't get to film. LOL

They know net is what counts for the books that is why they are wanting to know for the shrinkage factor.
