Update with story-------HUGE AZ. BULL DOWN!!!!....
« on: September 30, 2009, 04:07:46 PM »
Just got these pics a few min ago hot off the presses.
My neighbors son just got this huge ol bull in AZ.
16 days in the woods by himself.
I am going to try and get him to do a story write up for him so i can post the story.
Apparently he has a few magazines that have asked to buy the story and pics already.
He put in for the tag for like 15 years or something crazy.
He lives in AZ and is a pilot for the Boeing 777.
what a great bull and a nice shot!

Great bull!  Congrats!

Beauty!  I'm guessing Unit 9, given the junipers, points required to draw and the broken tines.  Didn't know they started fighting early enough there to grow them back though!

I've seen pics from a bunch of AZ pigs the last couple days.  Either it's been a great year there, or the Internet is just getting them all published.  I'm guessing a little of both.

Here's one....

yeah my dad talked to our neighbor and he said that he saw 60+ bulls.
He told my dad that he had 1 bull that he was sure was much bigger than the one he shot, within 10 yards but just couldn't get him to turn broadside.

he is happy with this bull and im not sure if hes gonna fix those points.
its really an amazing bull and when the shooter gets back onto flat ground im gonna bug him for the story.
