that is awsome! those small creeks in alaska are so cool... some of the ones like that ive seen fish in are so short and small its unbelievable! keep up the cool pics!

I like to use the term the "The Kenia Flip" Yes, we are using a size 3/o red hook with yard on it "yarn fly" going up about 18" to a two inch pencil lead. and just getting the line to run through their mouth and setting the hook. The best part is when you accidentally get a nice silver in the tail

Did you just move up??? I'm going out either Saturday or Sunday morning fishing. I'm going to also try and get out and do a little moose hunting this weekend, opens Wednesday around this area. Buddies at work got 3 bulls over 50" last weekend just up north of us.

The fishing is slowing down a little, look me 2 hours last saturday from 6:30am - 8:30am to get my 3 silvers, I only got 4 pinks in the process, the week earlier over 30 pinks.
