I used to hunt in Lincoln County in the late 90's and early 00's, and I have seen some TOADS both Muley and WT there.  I got a deer every year I hunted there.  My then hunting partner has taken quite a few VERY nice deer from there over the last 20+ years.  One WT he has measured out at 183 7/8"  Washington or not, that is a big WT!

I've hunted here for years, and have seen deer that are absolutely HUGE. Were talking 200 plus inches and plus 270 lbs on the hoof. Yes there are a TON of small bucks, but that to me is always a great sign when you have a solid buck to doe ratio. The truly large mule deer are around and can be pursued if you know where they like to be when the presure starts. The cool thing about Linoln County is you never know if you will get a mule deer or whitetail, and there are opportunities for GIANTS either way you slice it. I hunt all public lands that anyone can access and see toads every year, and weather I used a rifle or bow I have never been skunked. If you put the effort in nessasary  out here, you will be successful for sure.

Sounds great! Now I know where I'm going this year.

All of these deer are Lincoln county deer. True, none of them are true toads but they are all respectable bucks. They put meat in the freezer and mounts on the wall.

4 in the 21 years Ive been hunting. Don't see very many, but they are around. It's funny how some of you try to be funny, but have no sense of humor. Anyone who hunts Linoln County knows the real deal. Im not going to waste my time with you neophytes. If you wana hunt Lincoln County there's plenty of land to hunt if your willing to put in the work.

In the 20 some years I have been hunting the property I hunt. I have seen 3x 180"or better bucks. One was in the thickest deepest brush and timber areas where you literally can't get through. 2 of the bucks I saw were crossing wheat fields going from canyon to canyon. They were not together. There were two separate times.

I saw a 182" brute taken out at Bluestem in the back of a truck in Davenport one year. He was an very nice buck. The pic I posted of all the LC bucks I have. The mulley on the very far right next to the window was taken from Swanson Lake. He is a tall 3x3 that is 23" wide. Got him back in the early 90's. I have not hunted SL for 20 years.
