Date and time is on pictures. About 3 miles N. of Chewelah along the Colville River. GMU 121
I seen two wolves.
In chewelah valley about end of January.
On a known elk trail.
Two birds in the Bush is always better than one in the hand-that way you can always go to the Bush and hunt another day .conservation=Better hunting.

Saw a wolf just south of the airport between twisp/wintrop during modern deer, up in some rocky cliffs waiting out a buck.

A few years ago a wolf was hit by a logging truck on the Pierre Lake road north of Barstow when the responding Leo asked the driver why he didn't swerve he calmy responded that he had.
Skindawgs never calmly responded to anything in his life hahaha

Two days ago a friend that lives at the end of the county road above the Gifford Ferry ( Martin Rd) saw a huge wolf a few hundred yds from his house. Today he talked with his only neighbor to the east. The neighbor found a dead moose on his property close to the property line where the wolf was spotted earlier. Fresh kill eaten on by more than one animal.

Retrieved a couple trail cams today that soaked all winter.  A couple more wolves to add to our list.  This one had a friend but it was a night picture so I picked the day pic for quality.

Lots of wolves this year.  Every year that goes by the wolf population in our area grows.   We were shed hunting yesterday and finished up around 5.  This guy shows up on camera at 730.
