New to hunting
« on: September 18, 2011, 04:46:37 PM »
Hi there everyone! I'm new to hunting, and trying to find someone to introduce me to the sport. I've got a modern tag for deer, but I would also LOVE to try my hand at grouse hunting in the mean time. Would anyone be willing to help me out? Thank you so much!

~Jenny

Jenny.......First thing I would need to ask is how old are you (because you may need hunter safety courses). I am always looking for someone to go out with. I spend alot of time in the woods this time of year and most people I know can't get away as much as I can. PM me and lets chat, and congrats on getting in to hunting

Wife problem solved! I'll just stop shaving my legs, wear a grungy tank top covered in engine grease, and a bunch of rainbows! Then the wives won't worry!  :chuckle: Thank you all for all the wonderful advice and offers. I can't wait to go hunting!!!

Where is Lakewood? I like hair, engine grease and always stop to look at rainbows.
Can't we all just get along?

ummm that aint gonna work my own son informed me that getting car gunk and oil all over myself was actually considered "hot" in some circles ...as for the hair who knows ...in the 70's hair was downright desirable  :chuckle: :dunno:
