« on: November 22, 2011, 05:59:07 PM »
Has anyone ever used the IQ sight ? I'm considering on getting one, I'm having trouble with torking my bow then I'm wearing a jacket. I practiced all sumner (with a tee shirt on)and I was shooting great. Now I put my jacket on and I'm getting a few flyers.   :bash:

Had one hated it.Start practicing with a coat on.Also it seemed to not work in freezing conditions to well.Try a new grip with a taperd back that helped me with the same problum.

Are you wearing an arm guard?  I only use  one in the winter to keep my coat out of the way. I just switched to a hind sight, I like it.

When you talk, you only learn what you know. when you listen, you learn what others know.

No, I have not been wearing an armguard while out hunting. I have been hit a couple times before, And it does hurt  :o.   I have since picked-up an IQ sight, but have yet to try it out. I hope it helps me out.

Is that the one with the little eyeball circle thing to line up?  If so, I would consider getting one if I was in the market for a new sight.  I had a no-peep on my last bow and really liked it a lot, i was able to shoot accurately and consistently with no peep on my string.  As to the above post about cold weather, if this is the same sight, I am not sure why it would have a problem since it is a fiber optic type deal with no liquids involved, unless you were breathing heavily and steamed it up.

Good luck.
