A few blacktails, then the camera quit working
« on: June 29, 2012, 06:01:14 PM »
I put this camera out a week ago, it's a Wildgame Innovations W6XAC (the $50 cam from Amazon that they don't have anymore.)

I had some issues with it a few weeks ago but then it started working again. So I put it back out in the woods. Got a dozen pictures the next morning, then three pictures the following morning, and then not one picture for the next 6 days. When I got to the camera today and pushed the power button, the display came on, and the light for the display never shut off, and it won't take pictures. It also won't power off, without removing the batteries.

I'll be calling Wildgame Innovations on Monday to see about getting it replaced under warranty, since I've only had it 6 months. My other one that's identical, is working just fine. I really like the camera and hate to be without it. I hope they can get me a replacement quickly.

Here are a few pictures it took before it quit working:

Love that big timber with the vine maple underneath!  Makes you feel like a big boy could be around any corner!  Sorry about the camera, hope they make it right.
If you dont do it this year, you'll be one year older when you do!
