Right on!

Try not to notice all the quail to the side of the driveway as you drive down the hill to Warren's.  It was very distracting.  LOL!  Glad your getting a pup like you were looking for.

Just for everyone's future reference...

If you like the pointing variety these guys have a great rep. I don't think their dogs will cost you an arm and a leg either.

Yep went to visit the five week old pups on the 20th. My Birthday. Lots of quail and the labs were working them with in the fence area. Could make a choice but marked two females.
Warren was great and very easy to work with. And the dogs all look great. Going back on the 3 rd of Nov. To make my pick and bring her home. Took lots of pics. Will up load when I get the kids off the PC.
Thanks goldeye for the great tip.
I understand you have a Ireland dog. Let's see a pic.
I have never been a Chocolate fan but Warren has some of the best looking chock I have ever seen.
I transferred my deposit at Cougar Mt. Labs to my son. He is going to get a pup from Bob next year.

OK you asked for it.  I'm a proud puppy papa.  1st pic is shortly after I got her home.  2nd pic is with her adopted mom (My 13 yr old lab) getting to know each other by playing, 3rd pic is from this summer and the last pic is her first pheasant hunt.

I really believe you'll be verry happy with your new girl.  Whichever one you choose.  They both look like good ones to me.

I beleive I remember you wanting a lighter colored pup.  The one in your left hand appears to be lighter that the other pup.

Not me in the photo. Thats one of my hunting buds. GroundPounder. I took the photo.

Yes I wanted the light colored one and still do. But the other one showed a lot intrest in me at five weeks. And seemed to be a little further developed than the light girl.
Still pondering it over. I have video too, and watch that everyday. They will be a little further along when I go back on the 3rd, so we will see. at five weeks they are not seeing a  whole lot .

A Labradoodle I bred stopped by to visit my bird pen this morning....She's pretty cute huh?  :chuckle:
