eders.com great prices great service!
« on: July 27, 2012, 01:36:18 PM »
I am in no way affiliated with this company.

I've been using eders.com now for a few years. They have a $15 membership fee to see the "member prices", which is free for active duty and veterans also I believe. A lot of the member prices are pretty damn good and it takes some digging to find better prices.

Last night I ordered a set of climbing sticks and even with shipping it was still cheaper than anything cabelas offers. When I went to submit my order I accidently double clicked the confirm button and It said my order was not processed but shortly after I got an email saying it was processed. I figured I'd give it a day or so and check my account to see if the money came out of my account. Well, this morning I got a call from david eder himself saying that my order had been processed but it showed an error message when I submitted the order. He then went on to say that he would refund my money if I had bought them somewhere else and apoligized that they were coming from PA and that it would take a full 6 days to receive my purchase.

I just thought it was pretty cool that he actually called without me sending an email or anything and got the confusion cleared up. It wasn't a huge deal but getting good customer service will always keep me loyal.

I give a big   to eders.com and urge you guys to check them out!
Team nubby!
