Hancock closure!
« on: August 14, 2012, 10:32:49 AM »
Welcome to the 2012 Recreation Access Web Site!

Effective tonight, August 14th, all areas will close due to extreme fire danger. They will not open until there has been significant rainfall. Please refer to our website for updates.

Day passes are now available for one-day non-motorized access for White River Forest and Snoqualmie Forest. See Purchase Permits under either forest area on the left side of your screen.
Please see the Frequently Asked Questions or use the Contact Us tab in the upper right of your screen if your questions are not answered.

After purchasing your permit, please check your confirmation email for the link to your permit.  Print out a copy of your permit to sign and carry with you.

Yup, I saw that this AM, I WAS going to go do some spooking about in the Snoqualmie Forest this weekend too.  BUMMER.

I'm just glad that I'm not living where i USED to live out of Eburg....I'd BET that the cabin is GONE.  Looking for photos to confirm.

Something ironic about the fact that this comes less than 12 hours after I purchase my White River pass.

Happens every year right before bear season.  Oh well, I didn't buy any tags this year.

Plenty of non timber owned public land to hunt. Don't let the closures stop you.
