Well got some new toys from Jason So I had to go and see how good they work and I NOW HAVE A NEW FRIEND ....Thanks for the calls Jason I had a pre season blast ....

at one point I thought I was going to have to beat them off with a stick ....That phelps open reed call drove him nutz... they should not be bugling like these bulls were yet ....just wish I had my video camera

seen a herd of elk last night and figured i would let out a couple cow calls out of jason's call and sure enough i herd a bull bugle! couldnt tell what he was because it came from back in the timber so i called again and he bugle agian. cant wait for season to start

As much as i love hearing bulls bugle..i dont understand why people call to them so much before season. All this does is educate them and make them call shy.

I just got mine in the mail today and it's sweet ! Now I just gotta learn how to use it correctly!! Lol I ordered mine on we'd night at like 10pm and it got here on Friday at 1pm!!!

UP DATED TODAY !!!!! and I seen bigger but

Only 15yrds ....must of got kicked from the herd ... but on the other hand I found a bachelor group of bulls with NO COWS ...Very strange !!

nice bull...funny its still in velvet...I went scouting yesterday and seen a few bulls all hard horned...a HUGE spike a lil 4 point and one about that size. Seen a couple fresh rubs too

Hunter45 has the right idea. I've had some great times practicing my calls on park bulls. They're good sports and seem to play along. I wish I was like the Pied Piper and could lure them down into legal areas because I've seen some beasts in there. The rifle hunters might get a crack at them during migration
