I know, I know - it's a hunting forum, but I'm going crazy with nothing to hunt right now and so I tried some macro photo shots of bugs and then to avoid getting booted from the forum I threw in a couple hunting related ones.

All I can say is, "WOW!" One of the best bee pictures I've seen. Remington primer shot dang nice too. I try real hard, but those just make me feel like a kindergartner. Hunting bugs is fair game on here. Go ahead and give us more

Great jumping spider! If you are ever in the basin, one of the species has bright green fangs, should make a great picture.

RadSav asked for some more so here goes. Today was one of those days at work when at the end of the day I was more behind than when I started, looking at my spider pics from this week I can empathize with this first spider. Then to keep my man-card current I'll include some huntin' & fishin' ones.

the revolver and bullets is SWEET...... super sexy I love creative pics of guns
the most recent macro stuff we have done is not exactly huntwa approved but it does have antlers in it
you are not alone, lots of people photograph birds and flowers and other critters and things in the off season...

Great pics. I like the one in the first series of the hanging spider. Hard to get good pics of hoppers too, nice job.

Austrian Hunter, the lens I was using is the Canon 100mm Macro. I haven't used it a lot, but so far I like it!
