Bear cruising trail
« on: September 02, 2012, 12:55:43 PM »
caught this one on my camera a couple weeks ago just checked the stick last night. the camera is on the trail at the corner of my property adjacent to a tree farm. he must have caught a wiff of civilization in the first pic because he's looking right into my pasture. i think might be the same one that knocked my camera over last year..

That's a pretty decent looking bear. Not huge, but not a baby either.

I'd be happy to shoot one like that. Do you have any plans to try to do so?

Yeah he looked average size to me. I like that the camera caught his hind foot as he was walking. No plans to hunt him will keep an eye out closest bear we've seen to our place in 7 years..
