Wow, that's a crazy thing to happen when it's right in front of you. I've never been much of a cat person until the one we have somehow just appeared one day here at home when she was just a very small kitten. Now I am constantly on watch for coyotes around the ranch and have killed a bunch of them only 15 - 20 yards from the house. Never thought that a Bobcat would kill a house cat but I see no reason why it wouldn't.

Good shootin'  :guns:
Checkin' wind and makin' smoke.
That's how I roll...

So.... in essence.... you were inadvertantly "Baiting" for bobcats?
lol.....

Kidding.
Cool story.

Nicely done and with a girl gun no less!

that's bad ass! You will never forget that experience, I had a similar one years ago except it was a large coon and one of my cats who was a kitten at the time and I wasn't armed , the story ended in me smashing the coon with a shovel in full swing  about 5 feet up a tree side as it was pursuing my cat.

Nice job!

One moment you're flying south for the winter, then - BANG - gravy.

Nice! Pistol too. I greased a couple troublesom raccoons once one with my glock 23 and another with my S&W .357. Always fun!

That cats got some pretty color.  Heck if you don't want to mount it you could always have a rug done! ;)  It's cheaper too. lol

Nice!!

I think you should mount them both, ........in a fighting pose of course, LOL
