So....where is the problem here? It doesn't show fish getting wasted. If this is how they are allowed to fish then what seems to be the problem? If these fish are not getting wasted and it is legal...I have no problem with it.

This a standard practice in Alaska. Once the quota is met in a river or stream, they open it to dip netting to everyone not just Indians. I have been on site when it opened up once and thats what it looks like. People runnig and dipping as fast as they can.

RT, you DO need to take some meds.  You started off talking about ceremonial rights.  That makes that action of whatever is going on seem to be against the Indians.  Then you switch gears and seem to not care about race but only if it's illegal activity.
