We were running our fall field trail over the weekend of the junior hunt. Heard lots of shots so i am guessing the kids had a great time.

Very cool. If ya brought down a pheasnt with a red ribbon tied around it's leg....that was a field tral planted bird.

We tried to make sure the gunners knew it was a bird we planted.

Hope you all had a great junior hunt!!!

:yeah: Ive hunted, worked the dogs and simply walked the dogs out there since 97. I just imagine what it looked like when the natives lived there. And even the old home settler's.  Beautiful prairie!

I miss Fort Lewis, lots of dog training and hunting memories there... once had a couple chinooks almost drop ecology blocks on the dogs and horses... good times
