Muzzie Buck Down!!!

Spotted this one at 7:20 this morning and after stalking him most of the morning I got within 100 yards and had a straight up hill shot.  The buck took off running up the hill and paused for a moment and that was all it took.  Shot him quartering away through both lungs and out the opposite front shoulder.  Dropped him in his tracks at 11:30.  Man it was hot today!

We only saw one rattler while dragging him out.  However, last year my father-in-law got a buck on the same hill side and we saw almost a dozen draggin it out so I wanted to be prepared.
