I know this sounds like it's on repeat, but the tag is still not notched, and he didn't find the "one" he was looking for tonight.  Two more days, I imagine we might start getting close to settling time...I think he might hold off on that until Friday though.  Come on MONSTER BULL!

you should ask your buddy if he has been to the backside of clay city, my daughter and i were in there a couple weeks ago when it was still open, we were huntn grouse and there was a friggin hog bull in there with about 15 cows, no one would pass that boy up...good luck  :tup:

Way too much negativity in this thread.  I was hoping this was going to be a fun experience I could relay to you guys all the updates I was getting.  But unfortunately, too many people have ruined this.  I'm sorry to those of you who were looking forward to the story and pictures, I've had plenty of great messages from people on here.  But all this thread has done is cause me undue stress.  People never cease to amaze me.

I've so... been reading this post and waiting to hear about some good stories and awaiting to hear the good things that should be coming. I know what the outcome could be and good lord.... just waiting to see the payoff for the good hunting. yes... I'm jealous.... I wish I had the tag

Didn't see a bull for the afternoon hunt.  One day left.  If my tallies are right, the Tag Holder has passed on between 20-30 bulls at this point.  I'm guessing he may relent tomorrow and pop one.  But regardless, it sounds like he's had a HECK of a time.  Lots of action and he said his feet hurt, which in my book makes for a great hunt.
