We are doing batch #2 tomorrow.....going with cane sugar, 180 proof....all cider and no juice....but adding some salted caramal flavoring as well. We have a sausage fest get together on the 29th of December...going to bottle this batch up in growlers and break it out for the evening.

So i am doing a batch with a 5th of 151 and a gallon of cider, 4 cinnamon sticks, 1/2 cup of white and 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 2 tsp of nutmeg. And i calculated out i think it will be 21% alcohol.
