You should seriously reconsider using the 6.5 Grendel on bear. It has less muzzle energy than the 30-30 Win.The 6.8SPC at least has slightly more muzzle energy than a 30-30 Win.I wouldn't consider using any of the above 3 rounds on bear.

An Ar-10 type platform would be a wiser choice for bear, especially in the more open country of Eastern Washington.While the 6.5 has more down range energy than the 30-30, it never 'gains' energy from it's anemic ( for bear) muzzle energy.
Shot placement. I always laugh when poor shooters think you need a Barrett 50cal to down a little deer.
