A few more from the Moultrie D55
« on: October 28, 2012, 09:26:02 PM »
I posted some pictures from this camera a while back. It's still cranking out the pictures. Sure am happy with it, especially for the price. Pictures are always nice and clear, unlike the pictures from my IR cams. White flash is the way to go, IMO.

By the way, the 2 point buck is no longer among the living.

He made the mistake of coming out 30 minutes before the end of legal hunting hours, on opening day, and my 14 year old cousin was able to take his first deer.

Sure is nice when they cooperate like that.   :IBCOOL:

The white flash use less batteries than IR?

Nope, uses batteries faster than IR.

But, almost 100% of the pictures are good. That's far from true with the IR cams I have. I get blurry pictures, white outs, pictures too dark, foggy pictures, etc.

That Moultrie 55D gets great reviews. Only downside for some applications is the white flash. Right now it's like $98 on Amazon!

poor little fella. Haha. Good for him, and yeah that is always nice when they cooperate.

Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.
