Blues Bull 2012
« on: November 06, 2012, 09:11:38 PM »
Had a great 10 days in the blues, saw some dandy bulls in some beautiful country, Ended up shooting this 6x7 on the second to last day of my hunt.  Almost got an opportunity at a true Giant but just couldn't close the deal.  Had a great time and specail thanks to Mtncook for packing us in.  Mtncook really did a great job.   I would also like to thank the Biologist for the area, Paul Wick for his time and eagerness to answer all my questions.

Great bull and cool looking country.
If we were supposed to be vegetarian God would have made broccoli more fun to shoot!
"HOYT" why would you even consider shooting something else?

Nice!!!! beautiful country as well.
"When my bow falls, so shall the world. When me heart ceases to pump blood to my body, it will all come crashing down. As a hunter, we are bound by duty, nay, bound by our very soul to this world. When a hunter dies we feel it, we sense it, and the world trembles with sorrow. When I die, so shall the world, from the shock of loosing such a great part of ones soul." Ezekiel, Okeanos Hunter
