Where Bear Live
« on: November 16, 2012, 03:02:15 PM »
I ran into a MONSTER bear this year when i was with my buddy and his family during muzzy elk. Yep no gun in hand. 39 yards!! QUESTION. Will he be in the same area next year or do they roam? Do they have a big home range?

Elevation?
Boar, sow?
Localized bear population?

If it's a mature boar, I doubt it will be far away from that spot if the food conditions are similar that time next year.

Muzzy elk Eastside?  What's wrong with you? Just kidding, I did it too this year.

Get some trail cams up and you'll know for sure!

I bet he'll be within a mile or two next fall, try calling him with lost calf call next year.

Did you get your muzzy elk?
