I have a 6.5-20x50 30mm tube and I have a RRA Hi-rise Cantilever mount on my AR and I love the set up. I get the low power field of view stuff but, I hunt the brush and it works just fine for me. It is really nice to have the zoom when you need it. Biggest point is practice with whatever you choose. It does not matter much if your not comfortable with what you have.
