Strongly recommend allowing yourself a scheduled cheat day. I would have faltered at least three times this past week if I didn't have Friday to anticipate. Yay cheat day!
I haven't weighed myself again, but can feel a difference. Probably update the 1st of each month. My goal is 180.Also, I agreed to donate. Is there someone in charge of collecting the donated items?
