Well Plat, from what I'm gathering on what you're saying, a guy could take justice into his own hands with these deer slayers and probably walk "scott free"? :lol4:  Just a joke

I know you're joking but, if it were occur non-tribal member to tribal member then jurisdiction falls to Co., City or State not FEDS unless it was on FED LAND (res.).  Again, I'm not promoting violence I'm promoting a means to a solution, an end with no violence.  I may not like what's taken place or agree with what some choose to do but, it doesn't mean I wish ill will towards them.  I don't have answers either and some day I wish there will be answers before it is to late.

I feel the same way Plat.  Hopefully this will be resolved before someone really blows a gasket.

A few of us are working on it, lets see where it takes us.

not sure i understand. all game laws are handled by the tribe(a souveren nation) who dont seem to give a s$$t & seem to condone questional practices as far as game management goes. but now the feds are responsable for violent crimes commited by tribe members? & these are the same people recieving funds from the fed (tax payers) to fund thier law enforcement?
no ill intent ment.

yes, felonies are handled by the FBI not us.  We only have the jurisdiction of gross misdemeanors and below.  Again, Reservations are under the jurisdiction of the Federal Government.

I know a few native americans and they are hard working stand up guys and so are there families. it is sad that some bad apples ruin it for a nation.  I dont hear people blaming the whities for all the bad seeds  we have out there poaching or worse yet shooting kids in a school They blame the person doing the crime .
I do not know how the tribal law works but I feel that they need to be more publicly active so people know they are trying .
once again I am not genius enough to make it all better, I wish I was.

I'd  imagine that the tribe is aware of those hunting in the Entiat with the last name starting with a W :chuckle:
As far as this individual goes , he does not help peoples attitude towards natives. Especially when he shows up to a sportsmans show with multiple entries in a head and horns competition.
There was nothing sportsman in how he got them. But I am sure he does it to stick it to us, so to speak.

I would also like to point out that Dustin Whitefoot is one of the biggest poachers on the tribe, He is one of the guys in the Entiat and he kills multiple monster bulls in the Colock every year, after he is done filling up his truck with bucks on the firing center. And he is also a memeber of the Tribal Police...  :pee:

Excellent post you must be one hell of a smart guy

It has nothing to do with Whites being able to kill bucks and bulls, it has to do with these select indians killing all said bucks and bulls in the wintering grounds for sport/profit.
