Not trying to leave anybody out at all? I do believe that one who has mastered the art of bbq wildgame meat is one i can learn from! Beef and such isnt really all that complicated of a protein to bbq. Hope that stirs the pot a little!

I also made a grill top for it. After the pig is done, we add the grill and BBQ any other item we want.Don't have pic, but I have done 16 chicken halves at one time.Also did a small pig Ribka, but after the pig was off, I did some crab on it
