President's Speech
« on: December 19, 2012, 01:29:24 PM »
Well, its about to hit the fan. Our worst fears regarding an Obama 2nd administration are about to be realized. He only needed the catalyst (the recent shootings) and he's off and running. Expect a ban on magazines, Assault Weapons, pistols, etc. He said that in his second term he would begin taking these steps. The signing of the UN small arms treaty was the first step. All hell is about to break loose. We warned our liberal friends who own guns that this would happen. They assured us that it wouldn't but as usual, liberals lie.
It is up to us, the millions of free, law-abiding citizens who cherish our 2nd amendment rights to stand up to the tyranny we are about to experience. We will be told, "you don't need guns to be free." That is the big lie. Now more than ever we need to maintain solidarity. We need to stand behind the thousands of workers that will be laid off when arms companies are no longer able to manufacture and sell their products in the US. We need to stand shoulder to shoulder with the thousands of workers in gun shops all across America that will be facing the prospect that their jobs will be lost or that their stores will be forced to close. It's rubber meets the road time my friends. Time to remember those who have gone before us shouting loudly, "Out of my cold dead hands."
Warning! Do not elect politicians who don't support the 2nd Amendment as the Constitutional framers intended - There are no Collective Rights in the Bill of Rights. America is about Individual Freedoms, not collectivism!

You wrote that as a "I told you so."

Liberals wont believe it until they are marching toward the gas chambers.  Some may still blame everything on Republicans.

It still amazes me to hear all his sheep still saying "bush did all this". Idiots....
Politicians like Jay Inslee are the reason we have the 2nd Amendment

I honestly think they will still drink the Koolaid.     Some of the brightest people I know seem to just be infatuated with their savior.

We have been saying that this is going to happen for years. Anyone who voted for Obama certainly should have known that our 2nd Amendment rights were about to be compromised. This man doesn't believe in the Constitution. He lied when he took the oath of office, "to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." The Constitution is the only threat to tyranny. That is why he and his ilk work so hard to make the Constitution irrelevant, tyranny is what they are after.
The question is what are we going to do about it. Are we going to be like the sheep in the UK or in Australia and simply let the Government take our guns or are we going to fight? If 4 or 5 million free citizens make it clear that they will have to take our guns out of our cold dead hands then they may think twice. If we just give in and give up we have only ourselves to blame when we can no longer defend ourselves, our families, our property, and our country. I for one will go down shooting.

I asked this very question to a bunch of hunters in 2009.  The results weren't pretty....  most, at first, said, "out of my cold dead hands", but after some thought and consideration, most admitted they'd give them over.  You will be surprised at how many people on the right uphold "the law" almost to worship levels.
