new 1911
« on: December 19, 2012, 08:13:09 PM »
A Friend of mine bought this pistol and let me shoot a few rounds through it, a couple of summers ago. Well I really liked it and wanted one like it but figured it was out of me price range. The pistol got traded to a guy that just put it in his safe, there it sat for over a year. The owner decided sense it never got used that he'd like to sell it and I got a chance to get it at a good price so I brought it home last night and now I have a new 45acp for bowling pin shoots.
I've never fired a 1911 with a trigger this nice, it fits my hand like it was custom made for me. It's been a while sense I got this exited about a new gun.

Lastly a picture of the new wilson with my every day carry pistol.

It seems like people either love the 1911 or hate it. They're the only center fire auto loader I'll own any more. Good score!

I wouldn't say there is nothing better, but there's nothing with more class.

Love the Wilsons..
for a Pins load... I've used a 250gn Lee Hardcast Lead Truncated Cone bullet pushed by 7.1gns. of Unique with great success. Hits like a ton of bricks!
