so anyone know the numbers in the house since it has to pass there first that are still on our side.
i see A+ NRA ratings turning to F- all the time.
As much as I hate Harry Reid, he has kept a lot of anti-gun laws from ever coming to a vote on the senate floor. I do not believe any anti-gun law introduced in the senate will make it to the house.  The votes are not there. And there are a lot of liberals from conservative enough states up for reelection in 2014 that are not going to want to have to defend voting for an anti-gun law.

Don't count on this!!!  Obummer and lackeys WILL get something thru both houses.  Just look at all the media attention on any and all firearms incidents in the news since Newtown.  Those liberals will flip and say it was what the public wanted.  It's a sad state of affairs in our great country right now.  But, I think we are outnumbered on this one.  Not giving up yet, but I think the writing is on the wall.  Something will be done.  The extent of the damage to our liberties is what we will need to vigorously defend.

Yup..the Sheople are outting themselves.  SHOULD take names and link up with folks wanting "protected" later, if you sold a gun in the circus procedings..you get no help as you willingly gave up other options.

I see masses of people lining up for the voluntary buy backs in Los Angelas and elsewhere.   Wonder where the money comes from for these?  :bash:

Anyone want to sell their guns for $100, give me a chance first....

Hey Magnanimous, you're being kind of quiet on this one.  Thought you said it wouldn't happen.   :dunno:

In 1994 polls showed 60+% of people wanted more gun control.  The polls today are only just  over 50%.  Also back in 1994 republicans took the house for the first time in like 60 years running against democrats that voted for the Brady Bill.  I'm sure there were a couple more but i only remember one republican in the house voting for the Brady Bill, and that was the POS Tom Ridge.
Welcome to liberal America, where the truth is condemned and facts are ignored so as not to "offend" anyone

By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

We'll see how this plays out.  An actual confiscation would lead to a lot of UA service members, cops quitting their jobs, and lots of dead people. Hopefully for everyone's sake that never happens. I kind of feel like America keeps gaining velocity on the downward spiral we've been traveling...

What would probably stop it quicker than anything is one military/LEO turning on the others in the middle of the confiscation efforts. Many wont have the courage to do that, but I know that at least some will.

Now is not the time to "sell guns." Now is the time to acquire guns, all the guns you can. Take out a bank loan, max out your credit card, do whatever it takes to acquire as many guns and as much ammunition as you can. Arm yourself and your family, and fortify your home. When the gun confiscators knock on your door greet them with the only message the dictator-in-chief understands: a hale of gunfire. If 5 million patriots, believers in the Constitution do this We will win the battle. Remember, we are not the law-breakers, they are the illegal ones. They are the ones violating the Constitution of the United States. There can be no compromise, no conciliation, no retreat. We are not the UK or Australia, we are free citizens who cherish our liberties more that all else. Give in now and we will become serfs and slaves, subjects of tyranny.
Warning! Do not elect politicians who don't support the 2nd Amendment as the Constitutional framers intended - There are no Collective Rights in the Bill of Rights. America is about Individual Freedoms, not collectivism!
