Funny story, we were driving around and saw about a 100 doves on this farmers property, but it was in between his shop and his storage sheds for crop (the storage sheds were about 500 yards away).  Needless to say I did not feel comfortable just blazing away right there next to his shop, but as we drove further up the road I could see him outside, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.  He seemed a little hesitant, but said that was fine.  It probably sounded like WW3 over there we went through about 50 shells in 10 min.  He then drove by us on his way out and saw all our doves and goes..."I think you got enough, you can stop now."  Which I kind of felt bad for some reason, even though he had given us permission.  I mean, we we only a third of the way to our limit :)  But regardless I said thank you and we all hopped back in our truck.
