They don't have to argue against it, they just ignore it... just like the parts of the constitution they don't like.  Reason means nothing to these people.  You can bombard them with facts and figures but they just ignore it.

That is a great video. He has a well thought out judgement that is fact based. Speeches like that help us keep our 2nd ammendment rights, unlike the people who say things that are so far out in left field it makes gun owners look like a bunch of crazy unrational idiots. Thanks for posting it. I will share it with others that are on the fence about this subject.
