However they tried to compensate for folks that didn't know how to/ or cared to know how too handle fish and came up with the law so that the rest of us could still fish that water. I personally like the law. It doesn't hamper my fishing at all and it protects fish. Why do people need to remove a fish from the water that isn't legal to retain in the first place? Net it with a CnR net or tail it, remove the hooks, snap photo, and release. Seems pretty damn simple to me, and thousands of anglers have managed to figure it out.

Phew.. we had been a few days without any drama. What would we have done without this thread?? Just so I get this straight: this is all about a picture of a fish that was raised out of the water and then released and it should have been kept in the water and released?

Whats messed up is if we are all afraid to speak our mind on the forum now. If we are being babysat and scrutinized to this extent that is disturbing. That it leads to this? I understand keeping an eye out for serious crimes like poaching and such by law enforcement is needed but this goes too far for sure. Maybe I should consider ending my participation on here as I dont participate on Facebook either? Freedom of speech issue to me. Big Brother. Technology is the end of privacy it seems.

Yes it is the end when you put it out there on a public site or forum. I live by the rule if I don't want people to know, don't tell anyone.
