Main thing I can say is get rid of that crappy straight trigger guard and get a Rock River Winter Trigger Guard. ($15). More room for a gloved finger in cold weather. Scopes and mounts are a personal choice, but I prefer the one-piece scope mounts (like the P.E.R.P. mount, but you can get others for half the price), for their machined scope channels and strength.
I am building mine tomorrow and will post a pic if you are interested in the way it looks. Finally got all the parts last week. Johnny

Why do you like one over the other?They are both good, but the RRA trigger guard gives a LOT more room for a gloved finger. The Magpul looks better, but I think the RRA is more fuctional. I'm a coyote hunter--looks don't mean squat to me....
